We had Ron Rust do the funeral for our mother on 01/07/2015, the visitation was fine and the funeral home in Boston was very nice. The complaint I have was at the end of the service. He was not there, he was taking care of another funeral, he had someone else taking care of our mother, if you can say that. After a very brief service in the church her body was to be taken to the grave site. It was very cold so we said our final good byes in the church. Apparently the grave was not prepared for her coffin and there was some confusion about the vault, my son was one of the pallbearers. There was a long wait on getting this resolved. My son told me they wanted to put my mothers' coffin in the vault and put the vault on a pick-up truck and take her to the grave. He and the other pallbearers objected. I was horrified. Ron Rust was responsible for the respectable funeral for my mother he was paid for, so I called him to complain. I was to by him, my son was a liar and that I could "Go to Hell",
